Fairview Physician Associates (FPA) CAN DO Healthy Lifestyle Program goes beyond diet and exercise. We focus on the "what and how" of lifestyle change. Our health coaches work with your employees for six months to help them improve their health. We help people change how they think about exercise and food. CAN DO clients will learn to make lasting change for better health. We start with a free overview meeting. Then we set up a one-to-one session to create a personal food and activity plan. We offer ongoing coaching every two weeks by phone, e-mail or in person.

FPA CAN DO costs only $315 for the six-month program. Fairview employees and family covered by PreferredOne insurance receive full reimbursement after completing 80 percent of the program.
