Fairview Physician Associates (FPA) CAN DO Healthy Lifestyle Program goes beyond diet and exercise. We focus on the "what and how" of lifestyle change. Our health coaches work with clients for six months to help them improve their health. CAN DO helps clients make healthy changes in their activity, appetite and attitude. Participants learn to make lasting change for better health. We start with a free overview meeting. Then we set up a one-to-one session to create an individual food and activity plan. We offer going coaching every two weeks by phone, email or in person.

FPA CAN DO costs only $315 for the six-month program. Fairview employees and family covered by PreferredOne insurance receive full reimbursement after completing 80 percent of the program.
