Clinics receive 2009 customer satisfaction awards Part of FPA's biannual customer survey Eight independent and Fairview-owned primary and specialty care clinics received awards for superior customer satisfaction for fall 2009. The recognition is part of a patient survey program administered by Fairview Physician Associates (FPA) to recognize excellent and significantly improved patient experience.
Clinics must generate at least a 30 percent response rate. Those scoring in the lowest 15 percent must complete a plan to improve the patient experience. FPA receives more than 70,500 patient satisfaction surveys each year, conducting surveys each spring and fall.
