As part of ongoing work to create a clinically integrated network, Fairview Physician Associates (FPA) requires all member clinics to participate in annual clinical performance objectives and clinical reporting. Along with our measures, FPA works with health plan measures and statewide measures developed by Minnesota Community Measurement (MNCM).
