A recent top quality score from the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) means that primary and specialty care providers can be confident when referring patients to Fairview Southdale Hospital for care.

Fairview Southdale is the only hospital in the Twin Cities to receive 5 stars—the highest rating in a recent quality report from the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS). Part of the U.S. Department of Human Services, CMS has used a star rating system since 2016 to help consumers make informed hospital choices based on quality measurements.
