Direct Contracting for Medicare
In accordance with the GPDC Performance Year (PY) 2022 Direct Contracting Entities (DCEs) are required to publicly report certain information from the start of each PY. Based on Section 14.01 of the PY 2022 PA, each DCE shall report the following organizational information on a publicly accessible website maintained by the DCE:

- The amount of any Shared Savings or Shared Losses for any Performance Year
- The proportion of Shared Savings invested in infrastructure, redesigned care processes, and other resources necessary to improve outcomes and reduce Medicare costs for Beneficiaries; and
- The proportion of Shared Savings distributed to DC Participant Providers and Preferred Providers

Performance on quality measures will be updated as results become available in 2022.
