Ashley Ann Rusling is a dynamic healthcare operations leader with more than 15 years of experience driving operational excellence, strategic transformation, and team development across complex health systems. In her current role as Operations Manager of Population Health & Value Based Care, Ashley Ann leads value-based performance initiatives, aligning payer partnerships with data-driven strategies to advance population health, improve clinical outcomes, and reduce the total cost of care on behalf of FPAN members.
Ashley Ann is passionate about creating cultures of continuous improvement and empowering leaders to thrive in change. Her commitment to innovation, accountability, and people-first leadership is central to advancing network goals and supporting meaningful healthcare transformation.
Outside of work, Ashley Ann cherishes time spent with her fiancé, two children, and their two dogs and two cats. She also finds joy in playing the piano, practicing yoga, venturing out to the golf course or pickleball court, and watching movies of all genres.
