Gina Morgan

Gina Morgan has served as Executive Director of the Fairview Physician Associates Network (FPAN) since October 2024. Prior to this role, she worked at M Health Fairview with a focus on value-based care. Known for her collaborative, purpose-driven leadership style, Gina is passionate about fostering an environment that supports high-quality care and improved health outcomes for patients.

With 28 years of health care experience, Gina has held multiple leadership roles in ambulatory clinic administration, care model redesign, quality, and safety. She has been closely involved with the Integrated Health Partnership (IHP) model as well as the Accountable Care Organization Realizing Equity, Access, and Community Health (ACO REACH) model. She earned her bachelor’s degree in Health Information Administration from The College of St. Scholastica in Duluth, MN.

Outside of work, Gina enjoys spending time with family and friends, playing board games, and traveling along the North Shore.
