Gina Morgan

Gina joined FPAN in August 2023 as the Population Health Value Based Care Program Manager.  In this role she directs, coordinates, and provides oversight to FPAN’s relationships to payers relative to incentive-based care projects and programs advancing our ability to meet the quadruple aim.

Prior to transitioning to FPAN, Gina worked at M Health Fairview specializing in Medicare and Medicaid innovation models.  Two models Gina has been intimately involved with are the Integrated Health Partnership (IHP) model and the Accountable Care Organization Realizing Equity, Access, and Community Health (ACO REACH) model.  A collaborative, purpose driven leadership style drives her passion for creating an environment to provide optimal health care and health outcomes.  In her 25 years of health care experience Gina has served in multiple leadership roles including ambulatory clinic administration, care model re-design, quality, and safety.

In her spare time Gina enjoys spending time with her family and friends, board games, baking, running and travel.
