Gina Morgan

Gina joined FPAN in August 2023. In her current role of Interim Vice President, Gina works closely with the President of FPAN and is focused on developing and delivering processes that support FPAN members in achieving our quality, experience and value based goals.

Previously she was the Population Health Value Based Care Program Manager for FPAN where she directed, coordinated, and provided oversight to FPAN’s relationships to payers relative to incentive-based care projects and programs advancing our ability to meet the quadruple aim.  Gina continues to support these efforts in her new role.

Prior to transitioning to FPAN, Gina worked at M Health Fairview specializing in Medicare and Medicaid innovation models.  Two models Gina has been intimately involved with are the Integrated Health Partnership (IHP) model and the Accountable Care Organization Realizing Equity, Access, and Community Health (ACO REACH) model.  A collaborative, purpose driven leadership style drives her passion for creating an environment to provide optimal health care and health outcomes.  In her 25 years of health care experience Gina has served in multiple leadership roles including ambulatory clinic administration, care model re-design, quality, and safety.

In her spare time Gina enjoys spending time with her family and friends, board games, baking, running and travel.
