Hannah Lichtsinn, MD
Medical Officer of Network and Credentialing
Dr. Hannah Lichtsinn joined FPAN in 2024 as the Medical Officer of Network and Credentialing. She works with FPAN staff, clinicians, and external partners to advance quality within the network, with a specific focus on health equity.
Hannah completed medical school and residency at the University of Minnesota and is board certified in Internal Medicine and Pediatrics. She has practiced as a primary care doctor in Minnesota for ten years and has held leadership roles in clinic operations and health policy prior to joining FPAN.
