Hannah Lichtsinn, MD
President
Dr. Hannah Lichtsinn serves as President of Fairview Physician Associates Network (FPAN) and Vice President of Value-Based Care for Fairview Health Services, where she leads initiatives to advance clinical integration, healthcare quality, and value-based care across the organization. She also provides executive oversight of ambulatory credentialing throughout the health system.
Dr. Lichtsinn joined FPAN in 2024 as Medical Officer for Network Quality and Credentialing, leading network-wide quality improvement initiatives and clinician credentialing efforts while also serving as Medical Director for the M Health Fairview Care Map program. With more than a decade of experience as a primary care physician and a strong background in healthcare leadership, policy, and advocacy, she is dedicated to improving healthcare outcomes for patients, supporting clinicians, and strengthening care delivery across the network.
She completed her medical training at the University of Minnesota and is board-certified in both Internal Medicine and Pediatrics. She also earned a Master of Public Affairs from the University of Minnesota’s Hubert H. Humphrey School of Public Affairs, reflecting her commitment to advancing healthcare through thoughtful leadership, policy, and innovation.
