Fairview Physician Associates Network (FPAN) is one of the largest nonprofit, clinically integrated healthcare networks in Minnesota.
We are proudly physician-led and serve patients in Minnesota. We have sustained solid, collaborative relationships with ambulatory care practices for more than 30 years.
Our network includes more than 300 primary care and specialty care clinics with more than 5,200 physicians and advanced practice providers from affiliated independent community practices and M Health Fairview, a partnership between the University of Minnesota, University of Minnesota Physicians, and Fairview Health Services.
